An Das Bahn

In case you haven't figured it out, this is how Google's automated translation renders my previous post in German. And when you click on this link, it translates it back to English.

Very cool! It lost a tiny bit in the translation, didn't it?

My son is taking German I as a freshman. He brought home his course selections for 10th grade today. It seems that Frau Pushnova (get that Russian last name for a German teacher!) has signed him up to take Pre-AP German II for 10th grade.

I hope that you both did alright with tonights storms. We did well at my house.

The storm was exciting for a few minutes, but we didn't even have the lights flicker. I think our son James (in Lawton, OK) was hit harder than we were.

A German teacher with a Russian name is nothing. My high school German teacher was a little Mexican lady named Mrs Gibson (whom we, of course, called "the brown frau" -- though not to her face you understand).

tell how you discovered you were being translated in Swedish! And have you noted that if you click on comments, it translates: brown woman, whereas on this page, it is brown frau. Too funny.

Cool!

Lawton and Duncan were not hit too badly by the storms other than hail, but the weatherman in Lawton would certainly put some fear into you, if you did not know he was a "Chicken Little."
