Bob: You win, 325 to 252. It was a tough game; my rack was all vowels.
Joyce: You poor thing. I need to go across the street to Mary's.
Bob: Why's that?
Joyce: Mary and Tom are out of town. They've farmed out their dogs to their kids, but I promised to feed their cats and fish.
Bob: I have a suggestion that'll cut the work in half.
Joyce: You are soooo bad!

We played scrabble last night. I lost both games. The first one I lost by a K. The second one -- I got creamed. You can't do much with all vowels...
Ladybug, here’s a good word to remember: “AALII”: a plant native to Hawaii (which is conveniently similar to “AAL”: a shrub found in Southeast Asia and the East Indies). It seems almost all oddball words have the short definition: “tropical plant”.
By the way, I detest “K” (almost as much as "V").
